CAPI Submission Policy
Please read before submitting your story and/or photos
Thank you for choosing to share your paranormal stories and photos. All submissions will be reviewed for appropriate content and posted during the next website update (normally once a month).
Stories and photos obtained by illegal means (trespassing, other illegal activity) will not be posted.
When submitting photos, please indicate the type of camera used (35mm or digital - include pixel rate for digital), the environmental conditions when the picture was taken (indoors/outdoors, warm/cold, anyone smoking, etc.) and any relevant eyewitness accounts.
Important legal stuff:
Once submitted, your story and/or photos become the property of CAPI and may be subject to minor editing (blurring of faces, grammatical corrections, etc.).
Your submission may be used for promotional purposes by CAPI (as examples during interviews, etc.). They will never be used by CAPI for financial gain unless specifically granted permission by their original owners.
The originals still belong to you. As such, you may use them as you wish as long as:
- it does not interfere with the normal operation of CAPI
- you do not use the CAPI name, logo, etc for personal gain, unless specifically granted permission by CAPI
